How do I amend the resolution of the DocuWare Printer

Solution:

You can increase the DPI of DocuWare Printer through the Windows Registry.

*Before making a change to the registry please take a backup

1. Run regedit.exe
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers\DocuWare Printer\PrinterDriverData
3. Change HorizontalRes to 300 and Vertical to 300
