KBA-37060 - “An error occurred created a folder on the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to put files on the server.” when importing files to FTP.
Behavior: When attempting to import documents into my FTP location, the following error is shown;
Solution: This error can occur when either the user attempting to use FTP does not have sufficient permissions to do so or is attempting to import an unsupported file type into FTP.
